Permits / Document Submissions
The Richland Township Building and Zoning Department is currently only accepting applications electronically during the closure of the physical office to the public until further notice.
We understand there are many levels of computer abilities and are more than happy to assist applicants with the submittal process. Please email Grace Portuesi firstname.lastname@example.org or George Anderson email@example.com and we can either respond via email or call you to discuss.

Upon download, applicants may complete and submit applications by simply printing out the forms, filling out and signing them and emailing them to Grace Portuesi firstname.lastname@example.org.
A scanned PDF version is preferred, however photos of the forms and associated documents/drawings in JPEG (picture) format is also acceptable. Unfortunately there is not a Dropbox or FTP site for larger files (more than 10 Mb) however, breaking up the files or using a .zip program would be appropriate.
Payments for fees can be made online on the same link above. When submitting payments, please indicate in the notes section which fee the payment is pertaining to.
We will be reviewing applications as usual although communication will be made via phone or email. We are working hard to make sure business remains moving as normal and permits are issued in a timely manner. Your patience with us and our process is greatly appreciated.
Please remember that although we are able to review and issue permits, the Pennsylvania Governor’s Business Shutdown Order applies to non-essential construction projects as well. Our Inspectors are also only able to operate at a limited degree.
