Cardiovascular fitness is an important factor in overall health. Regular cardio exercise as a part of your fitness routine can help you increase energy levels, battle disease and sleep better. It can also help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight when combined with a balanced nutrition plan. The key factor in a cardio class or workout is increasing your heart rate. This class has low impact movements that will raise your heart rate and work up a sweat. Please wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothing, and bring water.
This class is Mondays from 8:00 – 8:45am.
Silver Sneakers Classes are ongoing. Drop in anytime.
Cost: There is no cost to Silver Sneakers members
Non-Silver Sneakers members – $3.00 per class.
