A new playground and splash pad combination will be installed at the Richland Township Community Park in the Spring of 2019. Richland has partnered with DCNR to replace the existing large playground near the baseball fields/concession stand, install a new playground near the Family Recreation Area’s large pavilion, and install a new pavilion/shelter and a new restroom facility at the dek hockey and soccer area of the Park. These projects will be completed by December of 2020.
NOTE: The old playground near the concession stand will be closed to the public as of November 1st, 2018. It is being removed to make room for our new facilities! We appreciate your patience as we upgrade our Park’s amenities!
