If you have a complaint/concern, ACHD encourages you to utilize their new interactive complaint system at Air Quality Complaint Form.    It allows residents to enter complaints and upload pictures, videos, and weblinks. Once signed up, you can enter a complaint, then review the progress of the complaint and email directly with the department.  By notifying ACHD with Air Quality Complaints, we can all work together to help the community. Complaints may also be submitted anonymously, if preferred.

Solicitation permits for Richland Township are issued by the Northern Regional Police Department.  At the time that the permit is issued, the vendor is given a “Do Not Solicit List” which includes the addresses of all residents who have requested to NOT be contacted by any door-to-door solicitors.  If you are interested in being included on this Registry, please print and return the application below to the Richland Township Municipal Office at the address or email on the application.
