On Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at the Richland Township Board of Supervisors meeting, three returning Supervisors were sworn in for another term of service.
Donna Snyder was sworn in for a second term, having started her first in September of 2014. This is Skip Allen’s 5th term of service, beginning his tenure in February of 2001 as he completed the term of another Board member. Ray Kendrick’s first term of service began all the way back in 1984, making this his 36th year serving the Township of Richland, and his 5th year as Chairman of the Board.
Supervisors serving on the Board of Richland Township serve four year terms, must be residents of Richland Township, and must be 21 years of age. Elections are held on a rolling basis as terms come to an end, typically in November. Board of Supervisors Meetings are held the first and third Wednesday of each month, and are open to the public.
Thank you to Donna, Skip and Ray for your many years of service and expertise! We look forward to four more!
